“Sunshine Spa has consistently been dependable for a good massage. June is an incredible massage therapist. She is one of many therapists that make up a seasoned team of experienced therapists at Sunshine Spa. June was very attentive to my needs and listens per my request for either firm to medium pressure. The spa has a very relaxing environment, linens are alway fresh and clean and the massage tables are unusually very comfortable. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. “I came here on several occasions over a two year span. All the nail technicians here are amazing & will produce quality work. Having said that, Liam is the absolute GOAT at a flawless nail set. He can match or recreate nail inspo incredibly well. You have to give credit, where credit it due!

Sadly, I will not be coming back. One of the main reasons I started coming here was that their schedule states that they are open until 7pm, so I overlooked several red flags about upkeeping & cleanliness. The place looks rundown and could use some TLC.

As a mom, late appointments are key, so I booked online for the last appointment of the day & they called me asking to come in earlier which I couldn't do. I asked if I had to reschedule, but they said no go ahead and come in, which I did, only to find out the staff was very upset because they wanted to go home (aside from the obvious smack taking in their language, had an attitude the entire time, kept making excuses about not being able to deliver the set I wanted, made comments about being hungry & wanting to go home to their kids) this is supposed to be a time for me to relax & pamper myself, but the whole experience was uncomfortable & awkward, like I'm sorry I booked the last appointment you advertised as available. Close shop earlier if you don't actually want to work the schedule you advertise online (I waited months to post this review to make sure I wasn't in my feelings about it)“

“Came here on a whim during a girl's day, and they took use both for manicures as walk ins. They don't have a ton of staff, so it took awhile to get through us both but they did a good job and were very friendly. The salon was clean and bright as well. I have been to several nail salons in the East Bay searching for someone who could deliver on the Pinterest photos I showed to them. Simon will deliver those picture-perfect nails quickly and with a level of attention to detail I appreciate, as I am super detail oriented. The prices at this salon are unbeatable too. “Wonderful nail salon with the kindest people! Deena made my entire visit so special. I am disabled severe pain conditions and in a wheelchair. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, thoughtful, and compassionate. She truly blessed me with her beautiful heart and did an amazing job on my toenails! She knows exactly what she’s doing and made the experience very comfortable for me. I can’t have my feet rubbed and need cold water, and she carefully worked with me to ensure I was comfortable in every way. The chairs are very comfortable, and the salon is clean and welcoming.

The nail technician who did my nails Jennie also did a fantastic job and was very kind. From the manager who helped me get safely into an Uber in my wheelchair, to the staff who created such a positive and welcoming atmosphere, every part of my visit was excellent. Also loved the relaxing hand massage by Deena.

These are now my natural nails and I highly recommend Smiley Nails and will definitely be coming back. This salon has earned a permanent spot as my go-to nail salon!

Andy did my nails (dark red) photo and Jennie toes and did amazing for 2nd visit! Thank you Andy for helping me when I fell and into the uber. Everyone is so kind and compassionate. 5 stars. Nice to see you Deanna! Will be back and make an apt next time. I recommend making an apt if you can as they do get busy an hr prior at least, but they do allow walk in like I did both times too“

“I have had gel manicures, regular pedicures and regular manicures. They are all great. Also An really cares about my nail health and is helping me strengthen my nails which I appreciate. I am very late in coming to Bay Point nails (been in Bay Point since 03) but now that I know about them and the experiences I have had, not going anywhere else!“
