They bark at you if you have an appointment which is understandably so if you want to get work done it's always best to get an appointment, but because I didn't have an appointment it felt like I was invading their space and I clearly wasn't wanted there. Sucks I literally live down the street and I wanted to try something local, but you truly get the best service when you go to Concord
