They have always been there for me, especially Myrna, who has answered all of my questions and assisted me and many other veterans in an effort to help us in any way that she possibly can to the very best of her ability. Her dedication to helping veterans with their VA needs is evident in every interaction. Myrna Horton is a good person. The VA and all of us veterans are fortunate to have her. The VA is not just about doctors and nurses. Where would they be and where would we be without people like Myrna and all of the people in the business office? They owe me no thanks for my service. It's me that owes them a heartfelt thank you for their service to all veterans.“

“I have been treated at Balance Physical Therapy, Monterey twice in 2024 and 2025. In 2025 Dr. Devesh Digwal who is a real knowledgeable, experienced and caring PT treated my left knee that has a torn meniscus so well that prevented any need to surgery. I have recovered now. The staff are very helpful and caring.
In 2024 Arash and his team at Balance helped me greatly with my lower back pain, and now I am fully recovered.

“Being an athlete, and having injured myself many times, I know that PTs aren't magicians, and sometimes the process doesn't turn out how you want. I went in with a torn calf muscle from basketball, after 2 weeks on crutches, hoping to return to the court in 8-12 weeks. I chose Performance PT almost solely bc they had quick availability while other places were scheduling weeks out, and I wanted to get started right away. The facility was excellent, clean, and bright. Dana at the front desk was really nice and helpful. Avery, the PT, was amazing--so knowledgeable and so fun to talk to. I saw her twice a week, always looked forward to it, and went away with lots to do on my own at home. After 7 (!) weeks I was able to return to the court at full strength--in time for my team's championship game (which we won!). My results were better than expected, and I'd recommend Avery to anyone.“

“I first visited Montellese Family Chiropractic about 2 years ago when I threw my back out and the pain brought me to tears. Dr. Kristina gave me relief when nothing else helped!! I have chronic back, neck, and shoulder issues as a result of hypermobility, and the care I receive here on an as-needed basis has been incredibly helpful. Sometimes I’m pain-free as soon as the next day. Kristina does myofascial release in addition to gentle chiropractic adjustments, and suggests helpful stretches and exercises for maintenance. Positive experience with office staff as well, they pick up the phone and I am seen on time for my appt. I have never been bothered or pressured to return as another reviewer stated.
