This plumbing and hydronic heating company should be your go-to service provider. We had a failure of our boiler system over the holidays and they stepped in and did a complete replacement of our system to a modern Navien combo-unit. The design by Pete, the craftsmanship of David and the office support from Lisa were all terrific. Everyone was professional, courteous and very careful to protect floors, rugs, walls, etc. We also upgraded a number of fixtures and Marco did a great job on these additional projects. We ended 2025 with a failed system, but starting out with a new and efficient system in 2026. Incredible service, especially over the holidays.

Water main broke in street affecting multi homes. CalAm shut-off water to homes for 7 hours. Once service resumed, the combo gas furnace/circulating hot system no longer worked and no hot water was available.
Phillip Pinon knew exactly what to troubleshoot first and quickly bled air from the lines allowing the system to heat water once again.
Expert, professional, and taught me helpful advice should the water be shut-off again to spare expensive pump replacement.

They just fixed the water heater and furnace at the property. Wonderful and professional. The two employees, David & Jack, made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up when they left. I would highly recommend them if you need services in Pacific Grove California
