Couldn't agree more with other reviewers wishing for more than five stars for R & S Heating! Prompt, friendly and expert professional service, with very reasonable pricing! Was expecting to spend a chilly weekend when the furnace stopped working on a Friday morning...my call was returned within minutes and my furnace was back in operation within four hours! Highly recommended!

I am so glad that I called R&S Heating and Sheet Metal. My furnace exhaust pipe was damaged/disconnected during a roof job, and I went without heat for three months while the roof job continued. When the roofing was finally finished I called the company that had installed my furnace just last year. They came out, said that they would need to transfer the job to another department, write an estimate, order parts, and get back to me. I waited over a week and called them multiple times and never heard back from them. I'm only giving R&S five stars, because there weren't any higher number of stars to give! Rich and his crew of Joey, Zach, and Dima are a dream team! If you want a professional, efficient, and reasonable ducting installer, look no further; these guys are the very best. They troubleshot and fabricated through the idiosyncrasies of an old and unusual house. Thank you R&S for a top notch job!
