We needed our water heater repairs going in busy weekend, we needed all our guest rooms in service. I called and amazing person on other side answer the phone so kindly and with laughter (Francesca). I told her about our situation and she said she is sending the best person to fix the issue within an hour and believe me she was so write , owner himself came and fixed the issue so quickly. Just visited the site to check there prices very expensive but the hot water heater I just replaced was same maker was put in this trailer in 1992 31 yrs in this trailer and the only thing wrong was the lower element was out and a little rust that's a long time for a electric hot water heater in Florida
I have had the best experiences possible with this company. Recently my wall heater started making funny noises just as I was leaving to go out of town. The person who answered my call was very helpful and had someone out within an hour to fix the problem. He also did a thorough service on the heater while he was there. I highly recommend this company.
