“I have had a very long term problem(2 years) finding someone to replace my 2 solar storage batteries, as the company that installed the system went out of business, and 2 separate 'solar tech' repairmen ripped me off $$$ and did not diagnose what was wrong. I finally called Semper Solaris , and basically begged for help.. It took a while, but Karla was the most amazing customer service person, she had to go through her companies process and get the OK for a Semper Tech to help me, even though Semper did not install my system. She always kept in touch with me through many delays and scheduling issues.
Secondly, the Semper repairman, Brak Briggerman, was also amazing, there were issues getting the replacement batteries and hardware from LG, Solar Edge is not very helpful. or user friendly to system owners. Brak managed to get through it all , several times he had to come back, and finally on Wednesday, my new batteries are fully charged and functioning well.
I wish I had used Semper Solaris to install my Solar system in the first place, I can only say I highly recommend them, because of Karla Paetz and Brak Briggerman...“

The crew came out, had 4 or 5 guys up on the roof checking and measuring and given information on what they saw and what their thoughts were on replacement. Full explanation of work to be done, the upgrades and improvements they would make to the existing 25 year old roof and vents and included our tough shed as requested. Our old roof was removed and roof prep completed in less than 4 hours the first day. Second day included dry rot inspection, delivery of materials and work was started at the promised time. On the third day, all dry rot areas were repaired, work was completed and clean up completed by noon!!

The entire crew was polite, professional, hard working, friendly and obviously experienced. They left my property clean at the end of each day, answered all the questions we had and left us in awe. I could go on and on.....

For comparison. A neighbor of ours paid $5,000 more for slow work, mismatched color and lower quality brand/quality materials.

To break it down - Very reasonably priced. Top quality materials. Experienced and friendly crew. We wouldn't recommend any other company for roofing needs. You have nothing to lose with Manteca Roofing! You and your home only deserve the best and they will provide that for you!“
