After trying endlessly to find a roofer who was interested in repairing my patio roof,Mr Dave Fleming was referred to me. After calling him he offered to inspect the roof. I am elderly and wary of contractors due to some bad experiences but Mr Fleming was honest,and straight forward and most of all,he listened carefully to what I wanted and advised me accordingly. After providing me answers to my many questions and reassuring me that a new roof could be safely installed I felt "heard" and comfortable to proceed. Avalon Roofing did an excellent job inspecting my roof, making some minor repairs, and installing leaf guards to protect the rain gutters from getting clogged with leaves from nearby trees. Jerry did some extra work that wasn't included on the proposal to ensure the job was properly completed. When Jerry said he would return the following day to paint the roof valleys and do some minor clean up, I did not hesitate to pay my bill before everything was completely wrapped up. Avalon came in far less than other bids. I mean significantly lower! Their work and attention to detail was top notch. Jerry is honest and a man of his word. His team's friendly, professional, and courteous. They cleaned up every day and left nothing just laying around. They are the ONLY company I would ever recommend for roofing in Manteca and the surrounding area. If I could give Avalon 10 stars I would!
