“I needed to have my shingles replaced and the gutter were rusting out as well. Mario came out and provided a really good explanation of each of the processes, why certain things such as additional vents would be needed, and explained about the newer reflective shingles that are now required as well. Everyone was very professional, helpful, quick to answer my questions or concerns, and very hard-working. The final invoice was very close to the initial bid, there was just a little bit of dry rot that had to be replaced. Alejandra in the office kept me informed with emails and addressed my concerns in a very knowledgeable manner too. Work started on an earlier date that was estimated and was completed a little faster than estimated as well. I am very satisfied with the new roof and with the service that I received from everybody with David's Roofing and I can recommend them, and will use them again in the future if needed.“

“Our "valleys" on the roof had collected dirt and leaves so Armor Roofing came out and had to remove the cement tile as they went, clean and blow the "gunk" away, then put all the tiles back in place. 12 valleys took about a day and a half and they kept to their original estimate. I was particularly impressed with Mello who works at the front. She went way above and beyond to work with us in scheduling. Thanks to her and the workers, she allowed us to feel comfortable with being gone while the cleaning was done. And what a great feeling to have the cause of leaks (blocked valleys) cleared and gone. Looking forward to the rain. Pray.“

“We had some water and mold damage in our master bathroom. They can did a report and repair. They were fast and got in and fixed everything beautifully. The work is perfect you would never know there had been a problem. The final examination was done on Dec. 5th to give the OK to come in an sheet rock and paint they had it done by the Dec. 9th. They were amazing!!!! Definitely recommend this company.“

“Great pricing, not sure on material quality tho. Got 2 rolls of felt, thought they were the same. First roll one covered half the garage roof, plus a row and a half of the other half of the roof. The second roll ran out before finishing the other side and the garage has the sane surface area on both sides. The roll was the same lable but had less cause i had to cut the lable when we started the second side of the garage. Idk?“
