“A few years ago my rental house in Tracy area had a leak from ceiling, Aguilar Roofing was the only available roofer at that time and did the fix. Three years later the leak appeared on the vertical wall. I had the chance to go up to the roof and talked with Aguilar (Robert), he showed me his repair and it was impress work, he used flexible metal to cover the area. The roof leaked in another place because there were piles of leave. This time he did a more extensive repair, removed the tiles and felt, put down some kind of sticky thick film (which was used for flat roofing), and then doubled down with felt paper, he even divert the second story downspout so the water won't pour directly to the roof valley. Two days of work with a very reasonable price. I am not on site but from the pictures it's awesome work. The phone number I use is 209-612-5228”

“My metal roof is beautiful. All the neighbors asked for Marcos’ contact info after seeing how it came out. I love the color, the raised seams, and the gentle sound it makes in the rain. Working with Marcos was really easy and smooth. He communicates well. He always let me know what to expect. And he’s all around a nice guy who is easy to work with. I never felt like I was project managing the work, he handled everything. When gutter materials weren’t available due to the pandemic, he made them himself! And they look great.

We did the project years ago and we’re still very happy with it.”
