Mendy drew up our permit drawings and got the permit approved with the city of San Jose. He was quick and responsive, and worked to the timeframes he promised. He was familiar with the city of San Jose and went in person to get our permit approved quickly. When we had to make alterations to the permit drawings (we discovered necessary changes as demolition and rough work proceeded), he did them very quickly and walked in again to get approval on the spot, keeping our project on time. “May construction has done 2 major projects for our home in San Jose and they have helped out with some tricky repairs when needed. One was water damage from rains storms in the dry wall on our 15' vaulted ceiling in our living room! They were very professional at every step in the construction process from project planning to final inspections. Each subcontractor is carefully vetted so that you know everyone coming in will provide the same quality. If there is a problem, they will work on it until it is fixed to the clients satisfaction; May takes pride in their work and have very high standards for quality.
