Last week, 13 months after the new unit was installed, the water heater broke down unexpected. Probably a defective unit, but a well known brand. “My business in Long Beach had a clogged sewer line that had back up sewage going into the men's and ladies restrooms. Awful. It was 9:00 on a Friday night. I learned that a lot of companies say "24 hours", but they're not serious about it. SoCal Plumbing Service is not that company. They were there for me and because it was an emergency they put off a non-emergency to take care of me right away. It didn't take long and though it was not cheap (which I truly didn't expect after hours on a Friday night), they came thru clearing the pipe and avoiding sewage all over my business.
