“Me and my fiance just bought a home in January. I was scared to pay anyone to remodel my kitchen because I thought it be too much and take too long. We just bought the home and had them give me an estimate just to get an idea and see if it was even worth fixing. All we had was plywood down for flooring, and some drywall had holes in it, and cabinets without the counter top. They showed up the very next day and I was happily surprised with the cost. “I needed a bunch of new wooden windows painted (interior and exterior) and needed someone licensed and bonded, since half the windows were on the 2nd story. I'd had some bad experiences with other companies flaking on estimates or just not getting back to me at all. Luis reached out the same day I sent him a message, and came out the next day for an estimate. He was prompt, friendly, and paid close attention to detail, pointing out things the other 2 guys I'd met with skipped over. He explained the process including prep, what paint to use, and how long it would take. I knew he would do an excellent job and felt very confident going with him. His price was competitive, he worked with my schedule (and around all my pets, which can be challenging), and his team did a fantastic job. I have used Structura two times now. Again, they have exceeded our expectations. This most recent remodel was a full kitchen and bathroom remodel and redesign. Structura recreated our bathroom from a tub to a stand up shower and for the kitchen a wall was removed which created a more open and functional space for us.
Structura's timing for the project was timely and right on point for the completion date.
We also felt that we had a lot of support through out the entire project.
Kobi and Carlos were always available for maintaining excellent communication and always providing us with a personal and emphatic way that provided the entire process to be very smooth and stress free.
We couldn't be happier with our new redesign for the bathroom and kitchen. We would highly recommend Structura for any remodeling needs!
