We did not want to DIY this in case we damaged the TV. We called best1 for help and they offered to fix it for a very reasonable price of 35$ if we brought it in. They also offered to do an in home service for an additional 100$. We ended up taking the TV to the shop for repair and the job was completed very quickly.“
