I wasn’t sure when I first called because I don’t know enough about screen repair and my phones display was melting away. But he seemed to be capable, and when we arrived was first class at customer service. I will never go to the Apple Store for repair again. This was easy. This was fixed within an hour! My mom cracked the screen on her iPhone 7 Plus and I contacted about 20 different phone repair places for an estimate on how much it'd cost to get it fixed. Almost every single place wanted to charge me twice as much as LT Wireless which is ridiculous considering how old the phone is.

The shop is run by a husband and wife team and they were efficient. I'm very glad that they were able to keep the price that they promised me over the phone. They said it was going to take about 20 minutes so I went to eat breakfast with my family and came back.

Considering how amazingly they fixed my mom's phone screen, my sister wanted to come back to have them fix the buttons on her iPhone 8 Plus. Not only were they able to fix it within 30-40 minutes, but the cost was unbeatable as well.

We'll definitely come back if we ever need any more phone repairs!“

“I have never been to a UBreakIFix before, my concern was poor battery health on my iPhone. The staff was great, gave me a good explanation of the situation and all the “what ifs” that could take place as well as making me aware of the worst case scenario. I handed my phone over at 11:30am, they quoted me two hours for battery replacement. I arrived at 1:40pm and the phone was completed and in the same condition I handed it to them. The reason I can’t give them a 5th star is simply because yes, they did the battery replacement but the phone was returned to me with 4%, I understand the battery’s come on low state of charge it just would have been nice to know that they quality checked their work prior to my arrival(as in, get the phone to at least 50%). That attention to detail would have easily gotten them a 5 star but aside from that hiccup they seemed to do a good job.“
