Josh was able to save my phone! Somehow a piece of my charger broke off into my charging port and I didn’t even notice until my phone was dying and I went to charge again. I was in a panic. Luckily my husband found this place and we were able to get it fixed within an hour! Would definitely recommend anyone with phone issues to come here.
Josh and his staff were excellent help. I came in to replace my iPhone 14 battery and shattered back panel since my phone kept shutting down randomly. They were timely with the repair, sticking to the given estimate of 2 hrs and all appeared well. My cellular data stopped working after the repair though, so I went home disappointed and had him give me back my old battery (he replaced the back panel free of charge due to the inconvenience). However, Josh gave me a call and informed me that my cell carrier was down during the time I was there. Sure enough, he was right. Josh is a very respectable and honest man. Today i came in for my charging port inoperable and he fixed it of course but thats beside the point. During my visit a very rude lady walked in with her son and demanded a discount because she wasn’t present when her son came in for the repair ( a minor she stated ) josh of course explained the situation and wanted to speak to a guardian of course. She came in before hand as well and josh explained the situation of the phone and costs. Well when she walked in during my visit she demanded a discount for, what seemed to be, because she wasnt there when the son initially came in.
