“I highly recommend Thomson AC! We had them remove the asbestos ducts that our 1960's house still had and were starting to break down, which they contract with a third party company for and that was around $1,100, which is a very fair price and then they replaced the ducts for another $3,600, which, after a lot of searching was an extremely fair price! I had one company quote me almost $20,000 for the same thing! They did a great job and when a few of my lights weren't working due to them knocking some wires loose in the attic while doing the job, the service manager sent an electrician out right away and although the electrician was not a very nice guy and gave me tons of attitude, he eventually made it right and fixed all of the lights that weren't working. I would definitely use Thomson AC again for any heating or air conditioning work. They do great work and charge fair prices, so I whole heartedly endorse them!“

“I called them on Friday and by Tuesday we had our mini split installed. They were so quick and efficient, I was shocked. They also had the most competitive pricing compared to anyone else I got quotes from. I have never worked with a contractor or any home improvement company that was this professional and quick. They even went out and got a perfect paint match for the part of the siding that needed touchups after install. Usually people I've hired have created more issues after doing work on my place lol. They also cleaned up their work area in the yard and had tarps in the house, so they didn't leave a mess. Then I had a question about the unit afterwards and they responded right away. “Our washing machine and kitchen was draining slowly so it was time to have our clean out snaked. I contacted Coast Plumbing via their website chat. Within a few minutes, I was contacted twice to find out what type of service I needed. I was scheduled for service later that afternoon. Tommy came out to assist. He provided me with separate estimates for manually snaking the clean out, camera check and hydrojet cleaning (which included the post camera check). We opted for the hydrojet cleaning, which turned out to be the best and most efficient solution. Otherwise, we would have had to spend more time and money doing all three because of the grease buildup. Within 15 minutes, Tommy's partner showed up with the hydrojet machine. Tommy was very responsive and helpful. He was professional throughout and he showed me the camera view after the hydrojet process, showing each five foot increment of our sewer drain. Our kitchen and washing machine drain properly now and we have peace of mind knowing our pipes are cleared. THANK YOU TOMMY AND COAST PLUMBING, WE APPRECIATE IT!“

“I did not have LMP do any work on my air conditioning, but after explaining what was going on with my unit, the lady answering the phone was so helpful and even suggested a couple of things that I might try to possibly fix the problem so that I wouldn't have to pay for a service charge. They (LMP) were unfortunately too busy to get out right away, but the lady was kind enough to refer me to another company (it was a great referral, and the problem was solved right away). Susy was very responsive, quickly scheduling the estimate inspection and then the installation, and she kept me well informed on the status of the project. Robert gave me a very fair price on a Carrier Infinity Heat Pump HVAC, and the installation crew arrived on-time and worked diligently to complete the installation in one long day. Everyone was Professional and Friendly. Robert recommended creating two zones, one for Downstairs and one for Upstairs. He also added a second air intake in the ceiling of our upstairs hallway (the original air intake is at floor level downstairs). It made a Huge Improvement for my home this summer. Our Upstairs Bonus Room used to be the hottest room in the house during the summer, but now it is within 1 degree of the upstairs hallway thermostat.
