I met with about a dozen roofers and would then ask my brother for advice. Home Renew isn’t the cheapest, but they’re licensed, and have been in business for a while. Beware the warranty of guys that are unlicensed and have no record of being in business. They disappear with your warranty!

He was very upfront with the pricing, speedy with answering our array of questions, and quick and open with communication any time we needed him. The guys they sent to do the roof were hustlers. They came quickly after agreeing to do the project. They had a small army and were efficient and thorough. The roof looks great. They also did mold remediation and patching in the primary bedroom and did a fantastic job. I’ve worked with contractors before. If Home Renew is a little more expensive, it’s worth having the warranty and a contractor that is fast and doesn’t flake. Ask for Amir, and good luck out there!“

“Eric, Jake and the crew at EC Roofing have performed a new residential roof installation and replacement to an existing commercial flat roof for me. For both projects, they explained multiple price options, why they recommended certain options, and how other roofing installers cut corners. They arrived to start when originally stated, stayed on schedule and there were not any surprises along the way. If you want a budget roof install, I wouldn't recommend EC Roofing, but if you want a roof built to last, installed in a timely manner, for a solid price, then I would definitely recommend EC Roofing!“

“I requested a quote from Cesar of BD&E Roofing for a leak on the flat part of my roof. He came out the same day I contacted him. He is very considerate and kind. He met with my husband and told him how to patch the area. He also gave him some material to use and told him where to get more. He could have easily given us a quote for the job, but instead he was kind and forthright. He sent me step by step instructions for my husband to follow. He also explained water flow and how to tell exactly where the leak is occurring. I appreciate him so much for being a helping person. “Andy & Tim were awesome. I'm a commercial real estate broker and called Central Roofing to inspect the roof on 2 commercial properties we own, and they provided quotes for both buildings very quickly. They were very honest in that they told us the roof on 1 of the buildings was in very good shape and did not need any repairs/maintenance. The other building ended up needing some minor repairs/maintenance in which they were able to go out to the building and complete the repairs within the same week. It only ended up taking them 2 days to complete the repairs and they did a fantastic job. You could see the quality in their work just by looking at the before and after pictures of the area they did the repairs. What a difference it made! Will definitely refer them to clients and keep them in mind for future projects. Thanks again guys!
