Greg, the owner of Maverick Roofing Inc., recently repaired the flat roof on my rental property, and he did a superb job. He clearly explained the root causes of the damage and what needed to be done. Without any extra charge, he even relocated my water heater exhaust to meet proper building codes. Best of all, he generously lowered the final cost below his original estimate—making it cheaper than the quotes I received from unlicensed contractors. After finishing the work, he showed me photo proof of everything he did. Since I live six hours away from the property, finding someone I can fully trust for remote work is a huge relief. I highly recommend him.

Greg came highly recommended for Maverick Roofing. He came on time and give my clients an estimate for the roofing on a house that they were considering buying. No up sell. Straight honest professional opinion on either weatherproofing now and replace roof later in the road. Very informative and kind. This is the type of business you want to work with and I will definitely give Maverick Roofing a call if I have roofing needs and recommend them to my clients as well.
