“Roto rooters were able to send a plumber immediately to help me fix a leaking toilet pipe. I appreciate the quick turn around time but the initial estimate was $200 then was mentioned $300 and finally when making a payment it was $380 and said parts are extra. To change a small pipe and the flush valve I think it was overpriced. But I still appreciate the quick turnaround which was needed at the time. Would have been a 5 star if it was fixed it time at a reasonable and transparent pricing and would have recommended this company to people I know getting them more business.“
