Some promised to come but never showed up, and others didn't even call back. Omar responded right away. He called me back, asked a few questions, and explained clearly what he would do during the first visit, with no hidden fees. Omar arrived and fixed everything. He performed diagnostics and explained what needed to be done without any pressure--just offered his advice. We agreed and got started. Initially, the work was supposed to take about an hour, nothing too difficult. However, during the repairs, we discovered that the "house" wasn't ready to function properly, and one of our pipes burst. Omar spent seven hours at our house and didn't leave until everything was done. He didn't complain and worked as if he were doing it for himself. He charged exactly what he had estimated at the beginning. I truly believe he is a professional who goes the extra mile to ensure everything is done properly. The next day, he texted to ask if everything was okay. This follow-up shows that he is responsible and genuinely cares about his clients.“

“Rick, the owner is very honest and ethical which seems to be a rarity in the remodeling/rebuilding business. This is even more apparent with dealing with insurance-related claims which occupies a grey area between multiple parties.
