He is the best--let me start with that. If I could leave 6 stars, I would. I had been searching for a technician for a few months. Some promised to come but never showed up, and others didn't even call back. Omar responded right away. He called me back, asked a few questions, and explained clearly what he would do during the first visit, with no hidden fees. Omar arrived and fixed everything. He performed diagnostics and explained what needed to be done without any pressure--just offered his advice. We agreed and got started. Initially, the work was supposed to take about an hour, nothing too difficult. However, during the repairs, we discovered that the "house" wasn't ready to function properly, and one of our pipes burst. Omar spent seven hours at our house and didn't leave until everything was done. He didn't complain and worked as if he were doing it for himself. He charged exactly what he had estimated at the beginning. I truly believe he is a professional who goes the extra mile to ensure everything is done properly.
