From the beginning, John took the time to meet with me several times to make sure we got the design exactly right. He patiently answered all of my questions and worked with me to develop a plan that fit both my needs and my budget. JNR handled the entire process, including submitting plans to the city, obtaining permits, and coordinating inspections, which made everything stress-free.

We hired JNR Home Improvements to replace our sliding door with a French door setup. The final result is beautiful, but the process was longer and more complicated than expected.
Issues: Unfortunately, we encountered significant manufacturing errors. First, the initial order was for a single door instead of the French doors we requested. Later, when the correct unit arrived, the main door was configured on the wrong side. These mistakes caused a considerable delay in our project timeline.
