My initial posting was not very favorable simply because I could not locate the place and could not reach anyone by phone. I finally located the place inside of a hair studio, hidden between a seafood restaurant and a massage place. The seamstress, darn, can't remember her name, was very pleasant, responsive to my needs, and reasonably priced.
