Farah at Cut Loose did a phenomenal job with my haircut! She listened to what I wanted and used her expertise to explain alternatives that were better suited for my hair type.I am super happy with the results!

I went to Cut Loose for a hair trim on a Friday (late morning) without an appointment. I only had to wait about 30 minutes, which isn't bad considering they only had one person working. The lady who cut my hair was really sweet & did a great job! The only problem was when I went to pay. I used my AMEX credit card. Keep in mind, before my cut I confirmed with the employee that they accepted credit cards. Unfortunately, they have an antiquated credit card machine. There was some confusion and I was accidentally charged DOUBLE of the amount! I don't think that nice lady knew how to accurately use the credit card device.
