Arrowhead Animal Hospital is known for its excellent care during pet emergencies, providing compassionate and professional service. The team, including Dr. Becker, Dr. Coleman, and Dr. Malone, is highly regarded for their expertise and dedication to their patients.
The hospital is praised for its empathy and patience, especially during difficult times like saying goodbye to a beloved pet. Dr. Coleman goes above and beyond by personally updating owners on their pet's condition, even after hours. The compassionate team, from the front desk to the techs, is recognized for being kind and caring. Many appreciate the reasonable prices, especially when compared to others in the area. The staff understands budget constraints and offers different pricing options, making it a preferred choice for many pet owners. Everyone at the hospital handles pets gently, ensuring they feel comfortable and calm during their visits.
I was sad to see Arrowhead Animal Hospital moved from downtown Blue Jay however I really found it was worth the drive to their new location! The staff and the veterinarians there are so good! They’re so thorough and so professional! I would highly recommend them.
Simply wow. I am beyond grateful for Courtney and Jean and Rosa. And the whole staff is phenomenal. My poor boy had a foxtail in his nose, and this is no ordinary dog. He is terrified of other people and nervous anxious energy is an understatement. They handled him with love and care and not only got the foxtail out; Courtney took her time and did the most thorough job ever.
They also took us even though initially they couldn’t.
This vet clinic is now my go to. I will drive out of LA to come here and get him checked up. And if I have an emergency that allows me two hours to drive with my dog feeling okay, I’ll take the drive and come here. Thank you thank you thank… read full review
The doctors have always been kind and caring and Dr. Coleman saved my cat’s life when two emergency hospitals couldn’t diagnose her problem. Dr. Malone has been treating my cat with multiple health issues and is keeping her conditions in check.
