Really happy with the inspection services. Frank and Nic were friendly, professional, and thorough. Would definitely hire them again. One thing to note, though, is that the automated email system for requesting estimates seems to go to spam a lot. So if you use it, I'd follow up with the vendors to make sure they got the request.
Frank and Nic were courteous and knowledgeable and provided me with a detailed, informative report on the condition of the home I am in the process of purchasing. I would highly recommend Peak to Peak because they had construction experience that is much more valuable than taking a test to become an inspector in my mind.
I was exceptionally pleased with the service.
Nick was very experienced.
