What could I NOT say about this wonderful place. A little slice of pilates heaven tucked away in the mountains! The studio space is perfect, with a room for private lessons in addition to the main studio with different reformers, chair, and cadillac equipment. Infared sauna is amazing too. LOVE Melissa the new owner, she is like your biggest cheerleader, and so kind and positive. Lauren the former owner also will still make an appearance - she is such a wonderful and kind teacher with so much pilates knowledge.LOVE instructor Danielle (she rocks), Megan, Christina.... there are many more new teachers and teachers in training here, which is amazing. Incredible place! Highly recommend! I loved it! The community here is amazing and the teaching is top-notch. This is a hidden gem for us ladies on the mountain ⛰️ ✨️. The owner, Mel, has the knowledge and experience to help you reach your health goals.
Before my knee surgery approx. 6 years ago, I did Pilates. Returning to my Pilates routines, strengthen my muscles and joints which rebuilt my coordination and confidence! Thank you Lake Arrowhead Pilates.
