“I was honestly about to leave the office after reading some negative Google reviews. I had been referred here by Little Smile Dentistry and didn’t do much research beforehand I just scheduled an appointment for my daughter to have all four of her wisdom teeth removed.
While sitting in the waiting room, I started second-guessing my decision and was ready to walk out. Thankfully, the front office staff member, Melanie, noticed and kindly asked if everything was okay. I explained my concerns, and she was very understanding. She reassured me and took the time to make me feel comfortable staying, which I really appreciated.
I’m so glad I did. The person who removed my daughter’s wisdom teeth, Jose, was incredibly kind and professional. He made both of us feel at ease, especially my daughter, who was very nervous. The procedure was quick—no more than 10 minutes—and went smoothly.
The wait time was also reasonable, about 15–20 minutes, which is better than many other clinics I’ve been to.
Overall, even though it’s a small clinic, the entire team was professional, caring, and efficient. They treated my daughter very well, and I’m happy we stayed. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others.“
