“I’ve been working out at The Perfect Workout in Laguna Niguel since 4/2011. In the beginning, my trainers were Kim and Lauren, both are excellent trainers, currently, Kim is my sole trainer. I’ve also experienced other trainers, such as Ryan, Ina and Cindy, they all are well trained. Along with correcting posture and individual style during a workout, to help maximize the benefits and avoid injury, they also switch up exercises and always take into consideration any strains or injuries from other activities. I feel very safe under the supervision/guidance of a Perfect Workout trainer. Also, the convenience of just needing to schedule two, 20 minute workouts a week, is easy to accomplish and provides the maximum slow strength benefits.

Along with building strength, I have also noticed how much more quickly I recover from any injury outside of the studio.

I always appreciate how hard they try to accommodate if you need to change an appointment time or day.

I definitely plan on continuing my membership with The Perfect Workout, plus, I actually enjoy going there, it’s a very upbeat, positive environment, what’s not to like?

As of 6/20/26, I’m still working out twice a week at TPW Laguna Niguel studio, even though some of the trainers have moved on, either to other occupations or studios, closer to their home, this location works out well for me and I especially enjoy working out with Staci.

I have been working out with Staci for over 2 yrs, she’s great, very knowledgeable, proficient, attentive and fun to train with. Staci was an accomplished athlete and she understands the importance of avoiding injury, while building strength and enhancing overall wellbeing.

I am confident that my commitment to TPW has contributed to my ability to remain healthy at 73 yrs old.“

“I was introduced to Dr. Loaiza in March of 2025 with a torn shoulder rotator cuff that I was told would need surgery to fix.
