I’ve been getting my eye care needs at Floe for several years now. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Very friendly and caring. Liz in particular, as well as Victoria and other staff, have bent over backwards to assist me whenever I’m in need. Great recommendations for the type of glasses that fit my face, and they are very honest and dependable. I’ve recommended others to Floe and they have had a very positive experience. If you are wondering about whether you should get your optometry services there, my recommendation is to definitely go and you will be thoroughly satisfied!

FLOE has amazing customer service! My wait today was super short, the prep and exam was smooth, and getting new lenses was easy too. A little bonus was my new lenses ended up being free! I have no idea what they did but for some reason I didn’t need to pay. My wife and I are always happy after visiting FLOE.

The minute I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and taken In immediately. Dr. Chiu was amazing and took a lot of time with me explaining everything about my images, contacts, the pressure in my eye and much more. She said if I have any further questions please feel free to contact her. Both of the assistants were extremely patient & also explained everything that was going to be done. The last assistant Karina was great. She took alot of time helping with numerous types of frames. She was very patient and super friendly. She also explained everything my insurance would cover.
