I'm a new customer to Scope and I was very pleased with their level of service and experience. I met Amber who assisted me with adjusting my old glasses to increase the comfort and usability. Amber also helped me select better lenses and new frames for my work lifestyle. I recommend Scope for their excellent service, doctors and wide range of available glasses. In fact, my wife and daughter will be booking their next eye exam with Scope.

Amazing, responsive, understanding, and kind people all around. They ordered frames that I was interested in for me as an in-network store and facilitated all insurance processes so I can benefit from my insurance fully. On top of that, they ordered my frames multiple time to accommodate my demand for frame quality as throughly no fault of scope optometry, the designer has some defective batch. Finally, through lots of effort by them, they ensured I walked out of their stores happily. Great people and great customer service. I'd definitely go back to them again.
