“We purchased a solid beam from US reclaimed to use as a mantel above our fireplace. Ben and his team were great from the jump. They let us poke around their inventory of rough beams and select exactly what we were looking for. After giving our dimensions and sharing what look we wanted, we picked up our new beam, brackets and received directions for the install. It went up and held solid just as Ben advised us it would. We’re very happy with the beam and our experience with US Reclaimed.“

They have a ton of selections to choose from in their warehouse that I thought I knew what color I was looking for till they'd pull out more and more options that were so similar. Thankfully they're so helpful and were able to guide me to the right option for my space. They made the whole process so easy because of their great customer service skills and quick communication. I had an issue I needed looked at and it needed to be done quickly and they were so great to send over a couple people to look at my problem and fix it for me on such short notice.
