Best decision we made was to go with Mark. We selected everything on our own, and he was always available to guide us thru many of our decisions and made recommendations based on his years of experience. His main guy is Eric and both of them are very professional, and always on time. Excellent quality of work and we are thrilled with our new soaking tub and the look of our newly remodeled bath area. I moved from Los Angeles where I had many designers and places that could fill my request.And after calling so many shops within 30-2 miles Ramiro was the first and only person who not only understood what I was looking for but presented several options, different price points and had excellent communication throughout the process. They have a ton of selections to choose from in their warehouse that I thought I knew what color I was looking for till they'd pull out more and more options that were so similar. He had come over several times to give me quotes on different flooring and mentioned he could handle the whole kitchen remodel, flooring, and downstairs bathroom. After demo of the existing tile floor, the Elliott's spliced in the new kitchen hardwood seamlessly with the existing flooring in the adjacent rooms. The craftsmanship was superb.
