Lorenzo was originally supposed to fix a loose tile on my shower curb, but the project quickly turned into something much larger. It turned out the curb had been built incorrectly, so he essentially had to rebuild it and correct a few other issues left by the original installer.
Throughout the process, Lorenzo was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was always punctual and very transparent about pricing and where we were in the process.
