We could not be happier with our new floors. Rick was great to work with and made the whole process super easy. His pricing was competitive and he was very transparent and honest. His installers were excellent, they did a great job and were very professional and easy to work with. When it comes time to do the 2nd floor he’ll be our only choice.
I wanted to give a shout out to Rick at Epic Floors and Cabinets for guiding and educating me on the hardwood I had installed in my house! His crew Nathan was amazing and a perfectionist. He was fast, clean, helpful ! They did have the lowest price after shopping 3 other stores and the service was amazing! I would highly suggest stopping in if you need any kind of floors!
Very happy with the results and how we were treated by Rick. He stayed on top of everything, every step of the way, and it got a little crazy with us doing it over the holidays, but it all got done in a timely fashion. The only change in price was when we changed something with higher end materials or additional work, the price difference was certainly fair, and the overall quote was in line with the other two quotes we got. We couldn't be happier with our upgraded Kitchen and master bathroom. The pictures are before/after of the kitchen. The before is the old dark granite we had. The white is the new quartz.
