Jay came out this morning, and I was his first customer of the day. He was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me instead of just coming in and doing the repair.
He changed out my filters, explained what happened with my AC, and even gave me a little much-needed lecture on maintenance and what I can do to keep everything running better. 😂 He was very upfront that he can get my system fixed and running today, but also explained why, in the long run, it would probably be in my best interest to start considering a new unit rather than just trying to sell me something on the spot.

Would recommend Wintri's HVAC maintenace team to anyone. They've been professional with excellent communication the entire time working with them. Jay recently performed semi-annual maintenace for the whole system and gave a comprehensive and insightful report with his recoomendations.
