1561 W Whittier Blvd, La Habra“My son has been going to prestige since he was 4 years old. He just turned 7. There are plenty of Tae Kwon Do schools in my area but I do make a little drive for Master Nam and his team. I've seen my son grow from a shy timid child into a more self confident, disciplined kid. Master Nam teaches but always makes time for some fun for the kids . You can tell he really enjoys what he does and he goes above and beyond for these kids. He throws movie nights, nerf parties bouncy houses and so much more. We're happy to have found prestige and we'll be sticking around for sure“

It was a bonus that she was able to take a trial class with a borrowed gi before committing. I love that she enjoys going every week cause it's fun (according to her), but it makes my mom heart happy and at ease knowing she's picking up self-defense skills, too.“

7391 Warner Ave Unit C, Huntington Beach“Incredible experience. I have been training in Muay Thai today, and I had the honour and a pleasure to learn from the master and founder Rafael Cordeiro.
I have been hosted and received super well and I appreciate it, if I would live in this area I for sure would train always at Kings MMA, but sadly I’m just on holidays.
Hope to get back soon,

The moment he walked into the studio he was graciously greeted by the instructors. They were welcoming and helpful. No pressure to join, just informative and welcoming. The team at American Martial Arts Academy provides a nurturing the supportive environment for the kids. The studio definitely feels like a family owned business. They are attentive to each child and knows them by their name. It's nice to be to hear yours child's name as you enter the studio. Makes you feel at home.“

4720 E 7th St, Long Beach“I've been training Muay Thai for a few years now and this is one of my favorite gyms I've trained at. The gym is small but it doesn't affect the quality of training at all in my opinion. Coach Gerson and Coach Anthony AKA "Frog" are very knowledgeable and you can tell they take a lot of pride in teaching good Muay Thai technique. I've learned a lot of new techniques at fight solutions and can say my Muay Thai has grown a lot training here. This gym is a very close knit group and I'm proud to be apart of it. I feel blessed to live right next to this gym. Being able to walk 5 minutes to such a good gym is awesome. Thank you Fight Solutions HQ! -Chris W“

9848 Jersey Ave, Santa Fe Springs“New breed is a great place to train, they were welcoming from day one it felt like family. The professors are there for you on and off the mats. There's a community among the staff and students. I now have been training for a little over a year now. I am grateful for the influence BJJ has put into my life at work, personal and even among peers. BJJ is a journey, it grows on you, it makes those long days feel easier. To me, my biggest gain is that I am less stressed with life, because I now have an outlet, that I enjoy very much. I navigate problems with more ease and critical thinking. Stop by and take that jump on those mats and have your own experience/journey. Osss!“

Among the general curriculum, my kids have learned many life skills such as discipline, self-confidence, perseverance and self-defense. As a parent this gives me piece of mind that, if ever they faced with adversity, my kids will know how to defend themselves!“

4501 E Carson St #205, Long Beach“"Without reservation, I recommend West Coast Wing Chun. It has been a crucible for my healing, a pathway to reclaiming myself after the ravages of military service. I returned from duty deeply fractured, my spirit and body bearing the scars of a training that prioritized survival through destruction. I was a vessel of pain, inflicting it on my family, on others, and most tragically, on myself. It was the unwavering support of my family, coupled with the profound teachings of West Coast Wing Chun, that offered me a lifeline. Sifu Bryant Talbot, with his patient guidance, unveiled the inner strength I had long suppressed. He illuminated the power inherent in the Wing Chun lineage, a legacy passed down from Grandmaster Ip Man—a legacy that proves anything is possible when you cultivate belief within. When I gaze upon the lineage displayed in our school, I see more than just the iconic connection between Ip Man and Bruce Lee, who, despite his early departure, returned to capture a final glimpse of the master's wisdom. I see a living testament to resilience, a continuum that includes Grandmasters Ip Chun and the late Ip Ching, and the enduring spirit of Ip Man's daughters. To embrace West Coast Wing Chun is to join this lineage, to partake in a transformative journey that transcends martial art, becoming a profound act of self-discovery. (Rest in Peace, Grandmaster Ip Ching.)"“

“This is a well friendly business establishment for anyone who wants to learn Takewondo. The Masters and Jr. Masters are friendly and very patients in teaching and explaining the techniques. Both of my kids has been attending this center for the past 8 years now. Both have their Black belts and still are continuing to take lessons. It's also close to my house, so that's a plus for me.“
