“This is a well friendly business establishment for anyone who wants to learn Takewondo. The Masters and Jr. Masters are friendly and very patients in teaching and explaining the techniques. Both of my kids has been attending this center for the past 8 years now. Both have their Black belts and still are continuing to take lessons. It's also close to my house, so that's a plus for me.“

“I've been training Muay Thai for a few years now and this is one of my favorite gyms I've trained at. The gym is small but it doesn't affect the quality of training at all in my opinion. Coach Gerson and Coach Anthony AKA "Frog" are very knowledgeable and you can tell they take a lot of pride in teaching good Muay Thai technique. I've learned a lot of new techniques at fight solutions and can say my Muay Thai has grown a lot training here. This gym is a very close knit group and I'm proud to be apart of it. “I had three of our for kids in karate training Sebastian, Sofia and Sabrina and soon to be Steffan in BJJ. I earned my Black Belt after putting in about 5 years and I was ready to test for my Blue belt In BJJ before COVID hit. Vince and his skilled team of instructors work at your pace to make learning easy, challenging and fun. You do have to put the work in if you want to advance. They also have private instruction available as well.“

“Like many of us, I’ve had my own personal struggles and issues. 8 years ago, I met sensei Marcos Rubio. I walked into the dojo one day and tried out a lesson with him. One lesson was all it took for me to know this was something I wanted to be a part of and I made the decision to sign up.
It was my first lesson, and my first time ever learning a martial arts class. Something I’ve always wanted to do since I saw “Big Trouble in Little China” when I was 4 years old. My favorite movie of all time!
Sensei Marcos is unlike anyone I had ever met, and he’s taught me so much over the years, and I am proud to say that he’s my Master, but I love this man like he’s my dad.
It’s amazing to know you have a great dad in your life, let alone 2. I’ve earned my black belt under him and today, not only am I student of his, but I’m an instructor as well, and now I’m a second degree black belt. He’s helped me with so much that it’ll never be enough to say “thank you”.
He helped me become a better person. He made me a better version of myself. I am forever grateful to Master Rubio for that. Not only him, but all the instructors here as well. Not only because they’re great instructors, but they’re great people.
