The energy at the school is amazing. People are supportive, the instructors are clear, and I always walk away feeling like I've learned something new.

Reviews
Great family environment, very first responder friendly. The class curriculum is structured around what is realistic and effective. I have looked at a lot of schools and this is the best I have found.
Mr Noi is a awesome instructor . I would highly recommend any one for this for self defense purposes and to have fun and be part of a good energy and positive family . It will not only teach you physical combat but mental combat as well . Very affective for real life encounters .
