I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with Nurse Practitioner Angel Arcangel at Opsom Clinic. During my mom’s visit, instead of approaching her condition with care and professionalism, she reviewed my mom’s chart in a way that felt judgmental and dismissive.
What stood out most was the lack of empathy and bedside manner. Delivering difficult health information requires compassion and sensitivity, but the way it was communicated was harsh and unsettling. At one point, she stated that “her body is sick and she will die,” in a tone that came across careless rather than supportive or informative.

they keep calling MY PHONE instead of my son's reminding him of appointments and to schedule his annual exam. He tried earlier this year to have his annual exam but both times the clinic/doctor canceled his appointment just a few minutes before it was time for the appointment!!! So he gave up on that. HOWEVER when either my son or me calls or even goes in there to say STOP calling my phone, they pretend they aren't calling me!!! This has been going on for months.
By the beard of Zeus, this healthcare clinic delivers an experience I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy. The wait times are painfully long, with little explanation and even less urgency from the staff.
Speaking of staff—smiles are nonexistent, greetings are apparently optional, and basic professionalism seems to vanish when management isn’t present. The overall attitude feels dismissive and cold, which is the last thing you want in a healthcare setting.
To add insult to injury, any miscommunication or scheduling issue is somehow blamed on the patient rather than acknowledged or corrected by the clinic. Accountability is in short supply here.
