A big shout out to thank Shea roofing for helping me. I was having an issue with my homeowners insurance not wanting to renew my policy. The insurance company was not accepting what I was telling them about my roof and said that it wasn't acceptable. I contacted Shea roofing and they were nice enough to come out at no charge to inspect my roof, determined that there was nothing wrong with it and gave me something in writing, along with a data sheet about my roof to submit to the insurance company. We had a new roof installed by Shea roofing over 10 years ago. An animal peeled one of the tiles back. I called Shea Roofing and Blake came out to assess. He came back and replaced the damaged tile at no charge. So glad I hired them. Top quality workmanship and they stand behind their work. Thank you!

If I could, I would give 7 STARS to Shea Roofing. From Joe with the initial reasonable estimate, Bill Shea who coordinated everything, Blake and Keith Shea who helped monitor and finish everything on-site. It was such a smooth and efficiently run project. The crew was amazing, and made sure the house grounds were left clean (actually, cleaner) at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Shea Roofing. Thank you, Shea Roofing! Hope to not see you again for another 25-30 years! ; )
