Where to even begin with this review.. Allan is truly a healer. I was recommended to urgently see Allan from my trainer as I started having tremendous lower back pain and I felt like I hit a nerve in my right leg. I texted Allan and he promptly responded to seeing me the next day. When I met Allan, I immediately knew I was in good hands. I've been weightlifting for years now and this year I started feeling lower back tightness along with a minor injury around my right shoulder blade. Thankfully I found Allan and booked an appointment. He was extremely thorough in treating me and I appreciated how he explained the treatment he did on me throughout. After our session where he did cupping, squat corrective exercises, scraping, and even gave me some homework to do on my own, I feel great and my squats/chin ups feel smoother than before.

Wow! Allan is an amazing PT. He really takes the time to understand the problems in your body and helps you overcome them. I have scoliosis and suffer from frequent knots in the scapula area and after just one session I felt very relaxed and was even able to breathe better. My husband has been a client of Allen's for a couple of years now and speaks highly of him and his work. I'm so glad that I finally got around to working with him.
