Sensei Lucian is a fantastic teacher, and my children have a great time while learning about focus, coordination, defense, and all while having a blast. As an adult starting up, I've loved the vibe in the adult classes. Everyone is fun, respectful, and we get great workouts while learning self-defense! Highly recommended for kids AND adults!“
