“5/5 stars all the way! Our fan motor on our heating system went out over the holiday weekend (of course) and Casey answered right away. Though there were not techs available that day (100% understandable given the holiday) he offered to have space heaters dropped off (incredibly generous). Yesterday morning first thing Boden tech showed up, quickly diagnosed the issue and let us know he'd do everything possible to get the replacement part asap. I thought asap would mean a few days, BUT he took the time during a very busy day to find what we needed from a distributor that had just one left, had it overnighted and came back today to install the new fan motor. I know very little about HVAC as this is my husband's domain (he couldn't be here) and everything that was being done was explained with patience and professionalism.
