One morning, my back muscles locked up while getting ready for work. I tried to stretch the muscles all weekend long. My wife scheduled an appointment with Twins - Irvine and it was a great decision.I hobbled into their office and Dr. Manas took x-rays of my hips and spine. Sure enough, my spine was out of alignment. He recommended a basic re-alignment of my spine, loosen the muscles of the lower back in a treatment plan that would consist of 24 sessions.Note, I could not walk very well without having back spasms and could not stand up very well. When Dr. Manas conducted the re-alignment of my back, in three different spots, he popped my back and the relief was very welcome....read full review

Needed emergency help because of a trip the next day; even though I was a new patient they got me in ASAP! Great doctor, immediate relief! And a lovely receptionist- something you don’t see in many dr offices. So glad my son recommended them.
