I came in after being rear-ended and suffering from back problems as a result. Phil's instruction was central to my gradual recovery as I worked towards reducing pain and inflammation. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, allowing you to focus on recovering.

Phil the owner of Apex cares deeply about his clients and their experience. He is well trained and knowledgeable about his profession. He makes sure to help push his clients, but also conscious of their abilities and limitations. He makes sure to ask the right questions about your injuries to give the correct advice. He has a great personality and cares about getting each client back to their old selves prior to their injury. The set up is convenient and easy to use the equipment along with other clients.

Apex (Phil) helped me get back my full mobility and strength after breaking my arm + shoulder damage. Friendly and laid back atmosphere, plus open later on Tuesdays and Thursdays which was nice for after work. Their facility has a wide range of training equipment and Phil put together progressive exercise plans that kept things fresh and effective. Would recommend
