“My Chromebook was damaged after I cleaned it with wet wipes. I first took it to another repair technician, who kept it for almost three months and still couldn't fix it.

Then I found Trch Guys, and they told me there was a good chance they could repair it. The repair ended up being incredibly expensive...honestly, I could have bought another Chromebook for the same price. But I really wanted to save this particular device because it contained important information. Unfortunately, the data was already lost, but I was still happy to have the computer repaired.

I'm very grateful that I found these guys. I understand that part of the high cost was due to the price of replacement parts, but the service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was professional, communicative, and helpful throughout the process.
