We’re so happy to be back with ECC Technology Services once again. We were using their services before, but for whatever reason we switched to Ricoh, and that turned out to be a mistake.
We had trouble getting toner in a timely fashion, and sometimes the wrong cartridges were even sent to us.
One of the reasons we like ECC is because they’re local, their machines are very reliable, and whenever we need service, they’re here right away. We’ve never had to wait more than a day for a technician, but most of the time it’s same day service.
