Sal is an absolute expert! I brought in my gaming laptop due to some hardware issues and within a matter of seconds, he was able to know what the issue was and how to fix it. One of my fans was wobbling and needed replacing. Super transparent with the steps that needed to be taken, very quick to respond, and walked me through everything. Went to Sal for a fan swap in my laptop and for a deep clean, unfortunately the motherboard died during the process. Sal painstakingly went out of his way to figure out the issue and replaced the motherboard at no added cost. Though it took a while to get my computer back because we didn't know what was wrong, the laptop runs like new. They also shipped it to me since I was out of town for a while, again at no added cost. Can't recommend Tech Expert Guys enough, probably one of the most honest tech repair businesses you'll find.

Every so often someone comes along who can deliver really great things. That person is Sal at Tech Expert. I upgraded computer equipment and software for the first time in more than 10 years. I am low tech. I have lots of older programs. Sal made the transition incredibly effortless and easy. Even fixed the phone email issues no one has been able to fix for a long time. He is amazing. This is a true and honest rating. It has my name on it.
