I reached out to Tech Trekkers yesterday to get help with some Ethernet ports around our house and I’m so happy to have found them when I did. Despite reaching out to them fairly late in the evening, Ray was quick to respond and got me scheduled for the next day.
Within 2 hours of being here, Paul was able to fix all of the issues we had and even helped me fix and issue with my internet service provider. This level of customer service and expertise is exactly why I will be going to them again for our next house & my office needs.
I just had Paul come out to my house to help me with my desktop computer issues today and I was so relieved when he told me that he fixed the issue's that I was having!! He finished everything in less than an hour or so and fixed multiple problems. Paul is wonderful, highly intelligent, and very courteous. The price was also incredibly reasonable. I am so happy with his service, and I highly recommend him to fix any of your computer glitches!
